Job Title: Divisional Lead - Recruitment

Location: Bradley Stoke

Sector: Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)

Salary: 30,000 - 37,000 + c. 70,000 - 80,000 OTE

With a strong client base spanning contractors, developers, manufacturers, distributors, and merchants, we offer an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our dynamic Sales Division.

You will be heading up one of our most successful recruitment divisions. With the impending retirement of our lead sales recruiter, you can expect a warm welcome to a well-established recruitment desk - with huge further growth potential.

Initially, you will have two direct reports with current forecasts to hire two further team members by the end of 2024.

Core responsibilities of this role:

  • Manage your own pipeline of candidates and vacancies
  • Fee Forecasting monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Quality control of job advertising
  • Managing workloads and allocating priority tasks within the team
  • Identify new markets and raise plans to enter them
  • Maintain consistent market awareness of our core markets, particularly around new entrants and developments within key clients
  • Identify staff training opportunities
  • Provide consistent mentoring and support for your team
