Salary: up to £50,000 + annual bonus of further 20% linked to profit performance

Location: Hybrid if within M25 (3 days in the office / 2 from home) / Remote if further afield

Your Responsibilities:
 

The role is designed to support the Managing Director and Founder to maximise their time “in market” with vendors and senior civil servants respectively to drive product development and revenue growth. This will include:

  • Organising monthly board meetings / booking rooms / logging and distributing actions.
  • Diary management: creating and ensuring extended time blocks for the MD/Founder to work and engage “in market”.
  • In-bound communication handling (clients, civil servants, suppliers etc).
  • Outreach support (chasing our engaged outreach with follow-up emails / calls to secure meetings and progress opportunities.
  • Xero management including organising payroll, reviewing and paying expenses and invoicing clients.
  • Super admin role across our operational systems (HubSpot, Zoom, VidYard, Gmail etc)
  • Shared drive management.
  • Staff onboarding plans - pre and post joining.
  • Organising staff appraisals.
  • General utility role to support where peaks of activity and admin exist.
