Why Should You Join Us?

For over two centuries, Molson Coors has been bringing people together over a cold beer, but today, our modern portfolio of award-winning brands extends beyond beer to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our consumers.

With a presence in over 100 countries and a team of 16,000 talented employees globally, we take pride in our traditions, brands and the role we play in uniting people to celebrate all life’s moments.

As one of the world’s leading beverage companies, we are passionate about promoting responsible drinking and creating a sustainable future.

In addition to popular favourites like Coors, Carling and Doom Bar, our beverage portfolio includes Aspall, Rekorderlig, Staropramen, Madrí Excepcional and Blue Moon. We also have an ever expanding and evolving premium spirits range that include Black Cow Vodka, Bandero Tequila and Tarquins Gin.

Your purpose

Each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored!  We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs, to high end restaurants, and large scale events.

You’ll gain a strong understanding of our brands, our customers, our distribution channels, our competitors and the industry as a whole.

Working as part of a team, you’ll observe and assist in the maintenance and installation of beer dispense equipment in a wide range of outlets within the hospitality sector. Initially the role will involve working under the guidance of a mentor, developing a mixture of mechanical and electrical skills.

Over time the remit will expand to complete line cleaning, fault finding and repair tasks, followed by small installations to create new dispense points. Being field based the role can involve lone working where self-discipline and confidence are key.

You’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks along side building relationships with colleagues and customers.  You will also gain a Level 3 qualification in Drinks Dispensing with our provider Wolverhampton College.

About You

We’re keen to hear from ambitious & open minded people who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation. You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence & be over the age of 18+ when commencing the apprenticeship in September 2024

We are looking for people that can be:

  • Adaptable – you’re flexible to meet new challenges at pace.

  • Collaborative – We work together, celebrate together and we win together. The greatest achievements are built by teams!

  • Curious – You’ll look for ways to do things differently and always keep learning.

  • Passionate - we’re all passionate ambassadors of our brands and our business.

  • Proactive – We’re innovators; unafraid to be direct and we act calmly and quickly.

You may not meet all the criteria for the role, but don't let that stop you from applying. We all need to learn and develop and here at Molson Coors we can help you do this.
