Your Impact

•    Are you looking to return to the workplace following a career break?
•    Do you have a degree (or equivalent experience) in a STEM discipline?
•    Are you looking for a part-time or flexible role?

Our business is growing and we’re offering paid ‘Returnships’ across the U.K. for individuals who have qualifications and/or experience in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths). You’ll have access to a vast network of resources, including development support and mentorship from our dedicated team, helping to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to the workforce.

Many of our employees work flexibly to balance their career with their home life. Whether you’re a parent or carer, or you have other interests or commitments outside of work, we can provide the flexibility you need. We can offer full-time, part-time or compressed hours, job-share arrangements, flexible start and finish times and hybrid options, so please talk to us about what would work for you.
