Part Time Home-based Telesales Account Manager - Telemarketing Business - Competitive Salary

Hello Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a Part TimeHome-Based Telesales Account Manager within the UK & Ireland for an expanding Telemarketing business.

Job description

As a home based Tele sales staff member you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling products or services over the phone from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, build rapport and persuade them to purchase the companies offerings, or set appointments for the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, or persuasive attitude, the ability to work independently and great computer skills. This role is fast-paced and varied, so the ability to wear more than one hat would be advantageous

Key responsibilities

  1. initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to the company's products or services
  2. To set appointments for either face to face visits or meetings online
  3. to introduce company products and close sales
  4. to develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by our clients
  5. to handle objections and answer questions and provide detailed information when asked
  6. to build rapport with potential customers by actively listening to their questions and needs
  7. tailor sales pitches to match the customer specific requirements
  8. effectively present product features and benefits to potential customers
  9. close sales and record relevant customer information accurately within CRM
  10. conduct follow up calls and nurture leads and address any additional questions or concerns
  11. e-mail details to potential customers and connect on LinkedIn where necessary
  12. work towards achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and goals
  13. manage your work schedule effectively including breaks and daily working hours to maximise productivity and meet targets
  14. Keep updated on industry trends product knowledge and sales techniques through training provided by the company

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in Tele sales or a similar role is preferred
  2. strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  4. proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems and general excel sheets
  5. reliable high speed Internet connection and quiet Home Office set up
  6. strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  7. results driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets or appointments set
  8. ability to handle rejection objections professionally
