Your Purpose

At Molson Coors, we're committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone's potential shines, regardless of background or experience. We believe in recruiting based on potential, not just a CV. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Drinks Dispense Specialists, and we invite applicants from all walks of life to apply.

No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to empower you to thrive in this role. As a Drinks Dispense Specialist, you'll embark on an exciting journey of installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment. Whether you're working independently or as part of a team, each day will present new challenges and opportunities in a variety of settings, from pubs and clubs to high-end restaurants, stadia, and large-scale events.

Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys for installations, maintaining dispense and cooling equipment, and providing guidance and training to customers. Building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers is at the heart of what we do.

About You

As we’re hiring for potential no CVs or relevant experience are required. We're only looking for enthusiastic individuals who reside in the Skegness region and hold a full UK driving license. If you're ready to unleash your potential and embark on a fulfilling career with Molson Coors, we encourage you to apply.

Join us in creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace where everyone's talents are celebrated and valued.

The Recruitment Process:

Step 1: Application - this will include questions around your motivation for the role and how you can add to the culture at Molson Coors.

Step 2: Measuring your Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.

Step 3: Interview - Situation-based questions that are related to the important behaviours needed to be successful on the role.  Our aim will be to understand how you would tackle certain situations you will face on the job.

Step 4: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
