Your Purpose:
In this role you will work with Senior Leaders within Off Trade and National On Trade teams to enable robust and actionable People Plans aligned to the short and long term aims of their function and the business. These Plans will have a key focus on talent, capability, performance and engagement and will be aligned with the Western Europe (WE) Long Range Plan (LRP) and business objectives.
You will operate within and continually reinforce the HR model, working with the Function to drive continuous improvement across the business. This is critical to ensure you execute the People Plan for your customer group.
About You
We’re keen to hear from experienced HR Business Partners with previous experience in a similar role supporting a people agenda. You’ll be a driven and professional HR generalist who understands that our people are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re looking for someone who has supported a commercial organisation and has familiarity with a Centre of Excellence model would be ideal and in terms of qualifications it’s integral you have or are working towards CIPD accreditation.
