- Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to any queries in a helpful and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices on a weekly basis, escalating where necessary in the case of unsuccessful payment reminders
- Follow up with Sales Managers to keep them informed of any overdue payments as and when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the necessary systems
- Preparation of WHT and other forms and communications with customers including customer registrations
- Play a key role in identifying opportunities for internal process improvements to ensure finance administration tasks are carried out via efficient processes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING...
- Experience working within a financial function in a fast-paced organisation
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments
- Good level of computer literacy, including a proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with a business system such as SAP is desirable but not essential
- A financial qualification is desirable but not essential
