The Role & Person We Are Looking For 

Reporting into the UK Head of Marketing you will provide the link between our marketing activity and our business development teams. You’ll have experience of nurturing potential new clients and spotting opportunities. 

You’ll be really organised, love a list, and you can sniff out a new opportunity that fits our growth plans. You are great at building relationships ready to be passed to the business development team. 

You’ll embrace CRM systems and other tools that help you achieve your goals and you’ll be comfortable contacting new leads over email, on the phone or in person if needed. 

You’ll understand what channels we need to reach our audience and you’ll be across all the latest trends, you’ll know what works and how to analyse results and provide insights to our wider team. 

You buzz off being part of a busy team that always delivers. You don’t miss deadlines and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure of it. 

You’ll have solid experience of working in a similar B2B sales or marketing role that has delivered brilliant results. Ideally you’ll love audio and have experience in media or the audio industry, having either worked for a media/creative/digital agency, a media owner, platform, production company, studio or similar. 

You’re ambitious, talented and driven, we can’t wait to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the UK Head of Marketing you will run marketing campaigns, identify potential new clients and build relationships with them. 

Essential Requirements 

- A high level of experience in: 

- Working in sales or marketing teams to generate new B2B businesses. - Building relationships with potential customers. 

- An understanding of all channels including Linkedin and other social media platforms, events, thought leadership and targeting verticals. 

- Using CRM systems efficiently and effectively as part of the overall sales and marketing process 

- Analysing campaign analytics. 

- Providing insights to our wider team. 

- Keeping up to date with industry trends. 

- A positive mental attitude and growth mindset. 

- Must be eligible to work in the UK. 

Bonus Points 

- Experience of working directly in the audio industry. 

- Fluency in other languages. 

Working hours /requirements 

This is a part time role that will require between 24-32 hours per week spread over 4 days. Those hours are up for discussion so it would suit someone wanting to combine an exciting and challenging role with other personal commitments. 

Salary and Benefits 

● £35k - £40k full time salary depending on experience. This is a part time role so the salary would be pro rata accordingly. 

● 25 days flexible holiday (pro rata) plus standard bank holidays for England, and 3 fixed days between Christmas and New Year when the business is closed.
