Role Overview:
Join our dynamic Off Trade team as a Revenue Growth Manager to shape and implement the Revenue Management Strategy for designated channels and customer groups. You'll leverage all revenue management levers (PPA, Pricing, Promotion, SPTT, Mix Management) and ensure seamless execution through close collaboration with Senior Revenue Growth Mangers Sales, and Finance teams.
As a critical role you’ll develop and roll out pricing and promotional plans for the Impulse channel (wholesale and convenience) in Off Premise, ensuring all stakeholders are well-trained, informed, and accountable, whilst oversee price increase/change education, implementation, and review as a core part of the role.
This role is Burton/Hybrid with 2 days in the office & 3 days at home on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Training & Support: Ensure stakeholders understand and implement price and promotion plans effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, manage cross-channel pricing issues, and support brand-level queries for key brands like Coors, Bev Hub, and Cobra.
- 5P Strategy Execution: Own and update Convenience & Wholesale 5P pack and price plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements and avoiding conflicts with Mults 5Ps.
- Communication & Administration: Serve as the single point of contact for plan overviews and performance updates, ensuring excellent execution of any plan changes or reactions.
- Price Increase Planning: Co-create the annual price increase plan and manage PMP changes as needed.
- Training & Consistency: Support the training plan for Off Premise sales teams to maintain consistent understanding and implementation of pack and price strategy.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with Impulse (Wholesale and Convenience) Business Unit Controllers and CBMs.
About You:
- Experience: Background in FMCG Sales, Marketing, or Finance (ideally within the Beer industry) with good knowledge of trade channels and key customers.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the UK Beer market and the ability to interpret key changes and market moves on price or promotion.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and database skills to plan scenarios, model outcomes, and identify trends and key changes.
