Business Insights Analyst

A new opportunity has opened up to support our global team as a Business Insights Analyst. In this role you will be diving deep into a broad range of data that our clients leverage to optimise the policies, processes and programs designed to support their international talent. 

This is a part-time, fully remote role with flexible hours, 50 hours per month.

About the role

• Prepare ad-hoc and regular quantitative and qualitative analytical reports
• Organise data from various sources to produce reports
• Interpret analysis to draw key conclusions and recommendations
• Spot and communicate any data inconsistencies
• Co-present results to clients in virtual session
• Ongoing email liaison with clients to request data, distribute reports or respond to queries

About you

• Excellent attention to detail
• Skilled user of MS Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Previous experience of analytics or data manipulation preferred
• Interested in finding patterns in large data sets
• Educated to a university degree level
