About the Programme

FDM’s Returners Programme facilitates the transition by providing award winning training, mentoring and fast track career progression. The programme will equip candidates with the skills, knowledge and confidence to continue successful careers. With persistence, an open mind and a proactive approach, everything is possible.

The FDM Returners Programme provides fully funded training at our London, Leeds and Glasgow centres, with ongoing start dates throughout the year. We are looking for experienced professionals who can contribute drive, initiative and assertiveness. With the experience you have already acquired both in and outside of work, the programme will help reintegrate you into the workplace.

How can FDM support me as a Mum?

The Returners Programme provides training for people looking for a career in business services.
You will receive:

  • Mentoring and networking opportunities to facilitate your transition back into business
  • Fully-funded professional business and technical training in our state of the art London training centre (professional skills, SQL, Excel VBA, Financial Industry Awareness (FIA) and ITIL Foundation amongst others)

FDM“After working for 5 years in IT I decided on a career change in 2011 and began working in the health sector, more specifically for the NHS. This work was very different to my previous experience and even though I enjoyed it I found myself missing the dynamic and fast paced world of tech.
I was aware that trying to get back into technology would be very challenging as it is an ever evolving industry. There were a lot of skills I had to brush up on and new ones I needed to learn.
