Our 16-week Returners Programme helps you overcome the challenges of returning to work. Beginning in October, the programme is designed to support you through every step of your re-entry, pairing you with a buddy and mentor who can guide you along the way.

You’ll be given meaningful work from day one and it’s a fantastic opportunity to continue growing your career with one of the UK’s largest digital banks. We know that your time is valuable, so we offer agile, part-time and flexible working options to suit your busy schedule.

While previous professional services experience is a nice-to-have, it’s not necessary for the programme. Our supportive, diverse and inclusive workforce means you’ll be valued and encouraged to bring your unique, transferrable skills to our business.

What does it involve?

You’ll be part of our Commercial Banking team which offers our clients expert advice on their strategy and the products they need to manage risk, achieve liquidity and support their growth. The business supports colleagues and clients from around the world, and we have roles in both customer-facing and support functions in locations across the UK. We will match your unique skills to find the role that suits you best.

Who is it for?

While banking or professional services experience is a desirable we care more about the transferable skills you bring to our business. We’re looking for:

  • Curious people who are keen to learn new skills
  • Strong communication skills, as you’ll be interacting with people across our business
  • Talented professionals who are returning from a break of at least two years

When does it begin?

The programme begins in early October, 2019, however assessment and selection events will be held during June and July.
