You’ve not been out of the loop, you’ve been in training! If you can negotiate with three-year-olds; if you’ve been taking special care of clients in a charity shop; if you’ve been serving your country in the forces, whatever you’ve been busy with – we could use your skills.
Come along on May 15th to our free open day at North Park in Newcastle. You’ll leave with a new confidence about going back to work, a support network, and loads of fresh ideas for landing that perfect role.
You’ll learn more about Sage and more about how valuable your skills are to us and other employers in the North East.
Just call Kevin Doyle on 07973 849 246 or email Joanne.Leniewski@sage.com
If you have previous experience in the workplace but have been out of work for two years or more this may be the programme for you! Our Sage Pathways programme, based at our Headquarters in Newcastle, is designed to help people who have held professional roles in the past to return to work flexibly after a career break.
Sage Pathways is a ‘supported-hiring’ programme where you will be recruited into a permanent position, working flexible hours, within Sage and provided with a 12 month programme of training and support that can ultimately lead to a variety of career pathways.
You will start your journey with us in the Customer Services team where you will spend the first 6 weeks learning all about our products, services, customers and business. From here, you will move into a Customer Service Advisor role sitting at the heart of what we value most – helping our customers succeed.
A coach and mentor will guide you on the job and through those 12 months so you will have lots of support and direction. You will also be introduced to a Sage ‘buddy’ to help you navigate the business and your return to work (as we know sometimes that can be the tough bit). Most importantly you’ll be part of a community of people returning to work, so you’ll never feel alone.
Yes, although the programme is aimed at people on a career break of 2-years or longer, we will assess other applications on a case-by-case basis.
When you join us on the Sage Pathways programme you will start as a Customer Service Advisor. See details on the Customer Services Advisor role.
