We’re at the front line of the construction and infrastructure industries, producing and supplying an array of construction materials. We’re home to everything from aggregates, asphalt, ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete products, and we also produce, import and supply construction materials, export aggregates and offer national road surfacing and contracting services. Helping you achieve the balance you crave

We know that balancing work and home life is challenging. We’re proud to give new parents the time off they need to adjust to their new responsibilities (18 weeks full pay for new mums, alongside a generous return to work bonus and 2 weeks fully paid paternity leave for Dads).

We work hard to support flexible working where it’s possible, for example offering the option of working from alternative sites if they are more convenient and it works with the job. Ultimately, we will do what we can to make sure you can make the school run, visit an elderly relative in hospital or attend a parents evening at school.
