Diversity and Inclusion

We filter places, not people.

We help people all over the world find and book their dream trips, filtering their search to match their personal needs. That means it’s essential for our workforce internally to reflect the diversity that exists on our platform, and for us to cultivate a diverse environment where people feel they belong and can contribute to our shared success. There are some exceptions to this based on the critical nature of the role. Read more.
