  • Core hours policy, in agreement with their line manager, employees can flex their start times as suits as long they’re covering the ‘core hours’ of 10am – 4pm.
  • Flex 4 Friday – a new program we are trialing allowing employees to opt to compress their weekly working hours into 4.5 days (Mon-Thurs and Friday morning) enabling them to leave at 1pm on Friday afternoons.
  • Where operationally feasible, a flexible approach to location which can allow people to work from home or other CenturyLink locations. Many roles have large discretion on how to organize the time and location of work.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Adoption Leave policy of full pay for up to 28 weeks.
  • Enhanced Paternity Leave policy of full pay for up to 2 weeks.
