This is all down to our fantastic people, without whom this wouldn’t be possible, that’s why we remain hungry and humble in everything we do.

Globally, ServiceNow also currently ranks on four different “Best Companies for Women” lists and we received a score of 100 on Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”

Our People Pact

Our People Pact is our commitment to you to help you live your best life, do your best work and fulfil our purpose together.

Diversity Equity & Inclusion

Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion focus:

  • Enable and empower our people: We’ll enhance equitable processes, policies, and practices across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and advancement.
  • Hire with intention: We’ll deliberately recruit top diverse talent across all levels and design an intentional and collaborative hiring process that raises the bar for all.
  • Amplify impact on DEI: We’ll extend the impact of our efforts beyond our organisation with human ingenuity and technology. We’ll partner with like-minded organisations to advance DEI with customers, partners, and communities.

‘Create Belonging’ is one of our core values, so showing up for Inclusion lies at the heart of everything we do. But it’s not just a strategic priority for our DEI and leadership teams. All of our employees are also heavily engaged and influential in shaping inclusion at ServiceNow. We have 9 Employee Belonging Groups (sometimes known as Resource Groups) that you are welcome to join, whether you identify as part of the community or are an ally.

How we support Women through development and progression at ServiceNow

At ServiceNow, the development, career progression and pay equity of all people is at the top of our agenda. We know our industry has a way to go until we reach parity, but we are committed and focused on pushing this forward as boldly as possible.

We have a suite of initiatives and opportunities that female employees get involved with in order to support their career growth at ServiceNow, these include:

Our Global Women’s Leadership (DEI) Summit – an opportunity for both female and male senior leaders from around the world to come together to listen, learn and take ownership toward driving inclusion

The Signature Programme – a 3-day programme for female executives focused on enhancing leadership impact, accelerating careers and connecting through an ongoing network of accomplished women

Lead at Now – a 3-day innovation leadership focused programme, allowing leaders to learn how to work with agility and speed at scale

Power of 10 – an ongoing programme open to female managers with the aim of empowering them to achieve their ambitions by cultivating a culture of mutual support, development and advocacy through group style mentoring circles

Our global DEI development team are hard at work to create even more support across development, mentoring and sponsorship as we grow. In the UK, you can find out more about our progress on parity for women by reading our latest 2022 Gender Pay Gap Report.
