A run for all mums, a day for all the family. Join Action Medical Research at beautiful Waddesdon Manor for our first ever Mums on the Run 5k.

Are you a mum who wants to get fit? Have you ever thought about taking up running? Do you want to raise money to help sick and vulnerable babies?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions then the Mums on the Run 5k is the perfect event for you.

This run is open to all women, so whether you are a mum or not, you can still join in…because mums are important to everyone! Expert advice will be provided to kick your training into action as well as ongoing support.

Join other mums and enjoy running a fantastic 5k route through the wonderful gardens and surrounding grounds of the beautiful Waddesdon Manor country house in Buckinghamshire. Bring the whole family and after you have collected your race medal, you are free to spend time relaxing and visiting the attractions such as the house, gardens, aviary, woodland playground, shops & restaurants.

The Mums on the Run 5k is supported by female Olympic Marathon runner Liz Yelling. Liz is a mother herself and offers fantastic advice and tips on how to juggle being a new mum with keeping fit and the importance of exercising.
