New website is live!

Pyjama Drama

 

December saw the launch of a brand new website for Pyjama Drama, an intensive project that has been 12 months in the making and which boasts a whole range of new features benefiting both franchisees and customers alike.

The process began with a network wide consultation process whereby Directors Sarah Owen and Rachel McKenna discussed with franchisees exactly how they felt the Pyjama Drama website could work better for them as business owners. Says Managing Director, Sarah, “There were key features Rachel and I felt were crucial to include from the outset, but as with everything in our business, it’s really important we also get feedback from the people doing the job day in, day out – so chatting to franchisees was always going to be one of the very first things we had to do to get the ball rolling.”

Once a web agency had been appointed, the next step was to form a focus group. “We had a group of 6 franchisees who worked very closely with us throughout the development of the new site,” says Rachel, “and their feedback was priceless. It’s the joy of being in a network, several heads are always going to be better than one! Bouncing ideas off each other and discussing how best to make the website work for everyone was challenging at times but also so satisfying when you see the end result of all that hard work.”

So here’s a run-down of what you can expect from the new website:

  1. Easier search capability. Customers can now find classes in just a few clicks by searching by postcode, radius and class type. What’s more, search results are shown both in an interactive map and in a list, ensuring that no matter what a customer’s preferences are, they’re catered for.
  2. Easier booking. Customers can book onto their chosen class directly through the website, as well as easily finding contact details for their local Pyjama Drama leader.
  3. Buying music online. Customers can now buy our music online, both as single songs and as albums, from as little as 99p.
  4. A brighter, fresher look. The brand is still as strong as ever, but it’s been freshened up for 2018.
  5. Read customer reviews. We’ve joined up with online review company, Trustpilot to enable us to share reviews on our website. We’re thrilled to say we’re rated ‘5 star Excellent’!
  6. Easier class listings. Franchisees log in to the new website and can add and remove their own classes as necessary. The website also allows them to make a special example of seasonal offers such as our first ever Panto – Robin Hood!
  7. Easier franchisee reporting and customer management. Franchisees use their personal area of the website to report monthly earnings to Head Office as well as storing their customer database.
