A nursery worker charged with two counts of rape against a child has today been remanded in custody by Birmingham magistrates.
Paul Wilson, 20, of Newbold Croft, Nechells, Birmingham, has been charged with two counts of rape against a child under 13, between 1 January 2009 and 30 July 2010.
Wilson, a nursery worker at Little Stars Nursery, Nechells, did not enter a plea, and was remanded in custody for a week.
He is due to appear at Birmingham Crown Court next Friday.
The charges relate to one child.
