Royal Bank of Scotland is launching its ComeBack programme for 2016 aimed at senior professionals who have taken a career break and are looking to get back to work.
The programme, which starts in September, will place up to eight successful individuals in 12-week paid returnships within the business, providing up to date experience, practical coaching and networking opportunities.
For all roles the bank is prepared to consider flexible working, such as some homeworking and reduced hours.
As part of the Comeback programme, returners will be supported through a range of training, as well as thorough personalised and group coaching and a range of seminars. They will have a dedicated team mentor during the programme and will join networking events to gain exposure to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
The four role types advertised are Head of Finance for Personal & Business Banking (PBB), Head of Finance Central Controls, Senior Manager, Transformation & Operating Model Design and Finance Planning & Analysis Manager. Within each role type there are a number of returnships available, with a total of eight being offered.
