Returners offered free course in Customer Success Fundamentals

Global tech company Gainsight is offering people who have taken a career break to care for family members a free training workshop in Customer Success Fundamentals.

Customer Success is a fast-growing business practice that has only been around for just over a decade.  It is described as combining the fast-paced innovation of the technology sector with the people skills and empathy of traditional customer-facing roles and is about helping tech customers to get the maximum value out of the product a company is selling.

The day-long workshop for new Customer Success managers takes place at Pulse Academy Europe in London’s Olympia on 7th November.

Successful candidates will have:
– Three years of professional experience prior to caregiving
– A passion for pursuing a career in Customer Success
– A working knowledge of Customer Success best practice
– And soft skills and traits including patience, collaborative and problem-solving skills, the ability to build rapport and negotiate.
