Coach Bella Mehta, who is conducting the research with Dr Caroline Gatrell at Lancaster University, said: "Job sharing is a great way of opening up senior-level opportunities to people wanting to work on a part-time basis, and suits the nature of work within global, 24/7 client-facing firms.
Our research project investigates the feasibility of job shares at senior level. We would really like to hear about people’s experiences of job sharing, whether they have been a job sharer themselves (or would like to be), have worked alongside job sharers or just have a view about job sharing."
