There are hundreds of Mile events all over the UK, so you’re bound to find one right on your doorstep. And at each of the 17 flagship Miles, you’ll get a chance to spot some famous faces and enjoy a wealth of family-focused entertainment.

The right distance for you

Sport Relief is for everyone, from toddling tots to top notch sports pros. Participants can choose to do one, three or six miles which enables everyone to take part, no matter what their individual levels of fitness.

The one mile distance is a particular family favourite as it allows mums, dads and kids to go the distance together, often in fancy dress for good measure. And if running sounds too much like hard work, you can always walk, skip, hop or do almost anything you like to cross the finish line!

For more of a challenge, you could try 3 miles or even 6 miles (which is just shy of a 10k run).
