Workingmums.co.uk is launching its annual survey to find out what mums think about their working lives.
The survey’s questions will range from what kind of hours and ways of working mums favour most to whether childcare costs or availability deter them from returning to work and what financial support, if any, they currently access to how they work and their experiences on maternity leave and returning from a career break. It will also cover whether they have considered setting up a business or undertaken retraining.
This year there are more questions on their experience of applying for flexible working one year since the right to request was extended to all employees.
The results of the survey will be published in early September. It takes around 8-10 minutes to complete and provides a huge range of useful information for employers and others about the changing nature of how we live and work.
Everyone who responds has the choice to enter into a free prize draw to win £100 worth of M&S vouchers.
