We have great face-to-face and telephone-based, customer service opportunities in Sunderland, Coventry, Northwich, Leeds, Liverpool, Poole, Teesside and branches around the UK.

In one of these roles, you could be helping our online banking or mortgage clients, by carrying out customer and product-related processing, so our customers experience the very best care. Or, at a more senior level, you could be dealing with the complex and demanding cases, which would see you managing escalations and challenging customer enquiries.
