You may have noticed that Workingmums.co.uk has had a bit of a makeover.
Our new website has been designed with new advanced technology to make it more user-friendly for employers and those seeking jobs.
That means candidates will be able to apply for jobs and get access to advice and support as well as all our news and features on their mobiles while they are on the move. Some 50% of Workingmums’ readers visit the site on a mobile device, and the changes mean they will now enjoy an enhanced mobile web experience.
The new site also has improved navigation and a new intuitive search function, making it easier to find whatever you are looking for.
Mums will be able to search and apply for jobs on any device, 24/7. There will also be a new advice and support area for the latest career and legal advice. Our news and views section will be more prominent with more features and news about all things related to work life balance and career progression.
For employers, the new user-friendly format will make it easier for candidates to apply for jobs and ultimately increase applications as well as providing more opportunities for them to promote their brand. A brand new ‘Employer Hub’ will pull together all Workingmums’ best practice in flexible working articles and case studies, research, advice and Awards.
Both employers and mums will need to create new login details and will be prompted to do this when they next log in. We will also send an email reminder. Mums will have to sign up for Workingmums.co.uk’s regular job alerts.
Access to information on page views and applications will be more accessible and employers will be able to control exactly when they want future job ads to start and finish.
